I bring yoga to my local community. I teach evening classes at my local community hall, gentle yoga at Adult Day Centres, chair yoga at nearby Care Homes and special & additional yoga at a Health & Wellness Centre. 
Yoga has been around for centuries, and we all know the importance of keeping our bodies moving. At the same time it is vitally important to keep our minds healthy. Yoga is the perfect combination of body movement, and peace of the mind.


My evening classes offer a mix of guided meditation, warm up stretches, peak poses and relaxation.
A warm and friendly environment, offering a safe space for you to come along and work on yourself. 
A judgement free zone, to enjoy peace, quiet & balance, in order to set you up for the rest of your evening and the rest of your week. 
Suitable for mixed ages and abilities.
