WHAT I DO...
I bring yoga to my local community. I teach evening classes at my local community hall, gentle yoga at Adult Day Centres, chair yoga at nearby Care Homes and special & additional yoga at a Health & Wellness Centre.Â
Yoga has been around for centuries, and we all know the importance of keeping our bodies moving. At the same time it is vitally important to keep our minds healthy. Yoga is the perfect combination of body movement, and peace of the mind.
